Corporate Marketing Communications Specialist

The Corporate Marketing Communications Specialist for Teradyne is responsible for the marketing communications activities for corporate functions at Teradyne. This communications professional will manage internal communications, public relations, website, and intranet site for Teradyne Corporation. 

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail in search of the most effective way of communicating a message, organizing web content, or creating a compelling piece of communication. This professional will work with the head of marketing communications to implement marketing initiatives and supporting Teradyne corporate communications including messaging, web programs, marketing collateral, website content, and corporate wide marketing activities. 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  •     Lead all internal marketing communications efforts for Teradyne 
  •     Primary “clients” are Teradyne leadership team, investor relations, information technology, and human resources
  •     Primary lead for executive communications including presentations and company-wide communications
  •     Lead public relations efforts for Teradyne Corporation including writing press releases, working with content producers on editing, approvals and issuing to the press
  •     Serve as marketing lead for the Teradyne.com website, responsible for managing content, content providers, localization, and coordination with country site managers
  •     Responsible for regular reporting on activities such as web traffic, program effectiveness, and page performance
  •     Serve as on-going content manager for the Teradyne intranet and internal community and partner with and coordinate content production with other groups within Teradyne such as HR, product divisions, finance, and others
  •     Work with marketing agency and own projects from creative brief through to final deliverable
  •     Manage budgets and schedules to ensure programs and deliverables are produced on time and on budget
  •     Regularly report on project status and track success metrics


Job Specifications

  •     Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment managing various marketing projects, including events, and their associate budgets and schedules
  •     Excellent marketing writing skills with the ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand way
  •     Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects and shifting priorities under tight deadlines
  •     Highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, driven to learn and master new technologies, able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment
  •     Strong interpersonal skills and an A-plus team player with a capacity to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

 

Education:

  •     Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, or marketing
