Role Description

 

Teradyne has an opportunity for a Financial Analyst Co-op (fall 2021) with in our Financial Planning & Analysis group. The position is an exciting and meaningful opportunity to support Senior Management in the analysis and consolidation of company reporting.
 

A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, be diligent to detail and demonstrate good problem solving skill. This role will give exposure to a broad range of financial subjects most critical to running a business!

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support roll up of quarterly and interim financial forecasts
  • Provide support for Board of Directors and Earnings Call materials
  • Prepare slides for management presentations
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for G&A functions
  • Assist with the quarter close for G&A functions, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis


Basic Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think independently
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Essbase or other database management systems a plus
  • Prior relevant Co-op/Internship preferred


Education

 

  • Working towards a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
