The HR Field Partner will be accountable for the execution and delivery of HR processes, services, and solutions ensuring operational excellence and customer intimacy with the assigned managers and employees.  This position requires strong alignment with Strategic HR Business Partners for delivery of respective business goals and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for strategy, tools and best practices.  The HR Field Partner will serve as support for Tier II issues for both employees and managers, providing coaching and guidance on a variety of routine HR matters.  Tier 0 = Self Service Tools, such as Thrive and InSite, Tier I = HR Service Center, Tier II - HR Field Partner, Tier III = Strategic HR Business Partner / CoEs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Strategic HR Business Partners to implement and administer projects and programs
  • Employee relations: Ensure issues are handled consistently, fairly and in compliance with applicable law.
  • Performance Management and Compensation: Support managers and employees through annual processes and day to day case management. 
  • Workforce planning and talent acquisition execution 
  • Talent Management execution
  • Change management support and execution
  • Ensure deep knowledge of the HR CoE’s global strategy and deploy with managers and employees to meet local needs and policies
  • Compensation & Benefits knowledge across business divisions 
  • Talent acquisition: Support managers with the overall hiring process, in conjunction with recruiters, including interviewing candidates, candidate selection and offer creation.  
  • Talent development: Responsible for new hire onboarding & assimilation for employees and deploy training programs
  • Employee retention activities
  • Work directly with the HR Service Center team to streamline service delivery and overall process improvements by acting as a champion of the HR shared services delivery
  • Compliance with Federal & State Labor Laws 
  • Applying company policy to requests
     

 

Requirements: 

  • Seeking 3-7 years experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage employee relations issues
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization
  • Possesses high standards of ethical behavior, confidentiality, professionalism and objectivity
  • Skillful in listening and ascertaining the needs and concerns of people and in communicating information concerning processes, policies and procedures with accuracy and clarity
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and navigate in a rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of Federal & State employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:  Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience may vary by region and team composition
  • Travel to US field offices required approximately 25% of the time, as needed
