We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to jour our Enterprise Applications Team

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work as an IT Analyst for the Enterprise Applications Team as part of the group supporting Engineering Applications including Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens OpCenter, Polarion etc.
  • Configure and maintain Applications
    a) Scripting/code to configure and extend applications
    b) monitor services on new applications
    c) Break-Fix support and minor configuration
  • Work with a global customer base across Asia, Europe, and the Americas
  • Work with the development team internally and vendors/contractors to collaboratively fix issues and influence prioritization of improvements to the system

 

 Qualified applicants will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript, Python (Velocity is a plus)
    Minimum of 2 years of Application Support for engineering Enterprise Applications
  • 3+ years of experience using source control such as Git, SVN
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Linux
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows Servers and Windows Command Line
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting applications associated with Engineering
  • Ability to report out support metrics in a structured manner
  • Experience engaging with global customer user base and development team
  • Can- do attitude and ability to influence peers as well as senior managers

 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
