Section Title: Responsibilities


  • Responsible for managing a team of experienced program/project managers in different geographies across the globe enabling a driven team with open collaboration and communication
  • Responsible for resource assignment and prioritization of PM assignment to programs/projects
  • Working with IT leadership, manage the process supporting portfolio governance on a regular cadence
  • Manage the process supporting global resource and capacity planning for the active and backlog of projects and programs in the portfolio
  • Drive the overall processes to manage project financials
  • Perform limited project/program management responsibilities
  • Manage the team and provide guidance for their programs as they are in charge of the overall, end-to-end program, from shaping the approach to get the desired outcomes through to delivery
  • Coordinating projects and resource management within the program, stakeholder and sponsor communications, reporting, and engagement.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred 5 years’ experience managing a team
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management. 
  • Understanding of how to run resource and capacity planning in a large-scale multinational company
  • Experience leading >$1M programs or projects in a mid-cap company or larger
  • Experience with one or more project/program management methodologies and across a range of project types
  • Knowledge of project planning tools, such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, with practical application
  • Ability to manage internal and external projects from inception to successful implementation.
  • Solid understanding of software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
  • Strong analysis, design and implementation experience with technologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to executives
  • Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, as well as documenting them and presenting/selling them to senior management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.  A customer centric mindset with the ability to manage client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver against financial and resource constraints.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business, and how they may be applied to the enterprise to drive digital business.
  • Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt, DMAIC continuous improvement model, LEAN certification, PMP, SAFe Agile, or relevant experience/qualificaiton.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, economics, business administration or related disciplines required.
  • Master’s in business administration is preferred
