Process Engineering Manager / Senior Business Process Engineer

Production Support / Business Operations and Field Delivery


To ensure business processes and its supporting IT tools meet todays and future business requirements in most effective manner. To increase key data accuracy and availability (like installed base).

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand current end-to-end business processes and its supporting technology to identify and drive business improvements.
  • Own the definition and implementation (rollout and compliance) of business processes including change management, training, and on-going support.  
  • Lead (establish and manage) the production support IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Corporate IT and relevant business stakeholders.
  • Lead selected improvement projects with focus on business process and business value.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of available external state-of-art IT solution and benchmarking in comparable industries.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8 + year of experience Business Process Engineering in senior positions.
  • Proven Track record in implementing IT systems.
  • Field Service Experience ideally in capital equipment industry.
  • International savvy.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Good communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to influence beyond immediate span of control and operate in a matrix environment. Candidate will lead project teams on a regular basis.
  • The position interacts with Teradyne’s corporate IT, relevant business stakeholders and external IT vendors.
  • Approximately 20% travel required.


Location: Any primary Teradyne Site (like North Reading/MA-US, Taiwan, Singapore, Munich/Milan/Grenoble in Europe, Cebu/Philippines.) Remote locations will be considered.
