This is a co-op position (duration 3+ months) Teradyne seeks a Supply Chain Co-op who will provide support to our Global Supply Base team. This individual will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily supply chain activities by directly assisting Teradyne commodity teams in the managing of the supply base for electrical commodities.  This will include the following activities:


  • Communication and integration with commodity managers, Teradyne contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure supply of critical materials to support production requirements.
  • Identify and assess supply risks to the production/ revenue plan and develop action to close gaps
  • Review and recommend quarterly safety stock levels
  • Review and update price book tool with supplier and acquisition source key terms such as price, lead time, MOQ etc.
  • Perform various analyses as needed
  • Participate in supply base management projects as needed



  • Seeking undergraduate candidates residing within the North Reading, MA area
  • Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Solid analytical skills and self-motivated
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Highly proficient in MS Excel (v-lookup, and pivot tables, etc.)
  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a college program, majoring in in Business, Business Operations, Supply Chain or related field
