If this sounds up your alley then read on… As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Teradyne, you will focus on enabling a team of recruiters, streamlining TA operations, fostering an amazing candidate experience, and developing a pipeline of diverse, high performing talent to expand our workforce that will deliver against our business goals.


The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage a team of recruiters, providing day to day direction as well as managing requisitions from sourcing to closing, partner with managers to understand their hiring needs, and work creatively to find the best person for each position. You should be comfortable leading, providing feedback, optimizing recruiting processes and driving relationships forward to help us achieve our hiring goals. 

 

Responsibilities
Be a strategic partner to business leaders and hiring managers to define needs and design hiring strategies to ensure a world-class candidate experience
Manage, develop, and retain a team of US TA professionals that will embody the values and brand of the company, act as evangelists for the company and put diversity front of mind in delivering against our workforce plan
Manage full cycle recruiting process from source to close  
Communicate and manage key TA metrics and provide insights on US recruiting trends, pipeline and high-level strategy
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE team to implement global strategies, tools and best practices 
Partner with HR Business Partners to capture feedback on talent needs and business goals, ensuring fast and effective hiring to support new growth and backfill hiring
Partner with the Head of Global Compensation and our benefits specialists to influence the design of our compensation offerings to ensure we remain competitive in the market, managing for reasonable parity with external hires versus internal employees and providing real time feedback on any compensation issues
Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process, from content of job descriptions, formulation of interview panels as well as candidate experience leading into a measurable improvement in availability and selection of diverse candidates into the organization 
Drive offer process, approvals, extensions, and negotiations 
Develop and implement sourcing strategies both individually and with team to build out pipeline for current and future hiring demands, understanding business / geographic plans
Ensure a positive candidate experience and positive touch points at all stages of the recruitment process.  
Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria 
Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience 
Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors and unemployment conditions 
Recruit for all areas within company when needed, focusing on screening and delivering candidates at top of the funnel so hiring managers only see a strong subset of technically capable candidates 
Manage technology used to complement hiring process including digital interviews, relocation software, and assessment tools 
Manage additional recruiting projects as needed

 

Qualifications

BS / BA with 5-10 years of technical recruiting experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
Previous experience managing a team in the Talent Acquisition function preferred
Experience in data analytics and KPIs to help streamline TA effort, bringing a faster time to hire and a diverse slate of high performing talent into the business, balancing a desire for consistency with an awareness of local market factors and needs 
Proven ability to source and attract technical talent in fast-paced rapid growth company(s) 
Excellent communication and influencing skills 
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
Proficient in navigating and effectively leveraging Job Boards
Experience with SAP Success Factors Applicant Tracking System strongly desired 
High energy- willing to keep pace with steep demand
