Teradyne has a an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Account Manager to grow our market share with Hyperscalers / Vertical Integrators.  In this role you will establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors.  As well as provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.

 

Qualifications, skills and experience:

 

 

  • 8+ years of experience selling to the semiconductor equipment or related industry(s) and at least 5 years of product development, sales, and/or marketing experience in a highly dynamic growth environment. 
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.  
  • Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.  
  • Experience in business exploration and evaluation in Technology, Semiconductors, Capital  equipment or related industries.
  • Skill working and operating globally with working knowledge and familiarity with the vertically integrated compute market and customers (examples: Google, Amazon, Facebook/Meta, Microsoft, Tesla, etc).
  • Significant experience in creating and leading a team to proactively manage customer relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.  As a company we are being conservative about travel during this time.

Education:

 

  • A Bachelors ideally n Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Business or equivalent work experience.
  • MBA strongly desired.
