Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations based on latest customer agreement & Teradyne terms & conditions
  • Manage service contract and invoicing for all customers
  • Maintain open orders records and follow up on order status till closure
  • Provide support to Manager in monitoring financial for the department
  • Assist in collecting and tracking tester install base information
  • Resolve payment / invoicing issues with customers
  • Manage PR/ PO, invoicing and payment processes in Oracle system
  • Manage office administration for Penang office

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative role
  • Must be proficient is using MS Office tools especially Excel
  • Experience is using Oracle system will be advantageous
