Position objective:

  • To ensure business processes and its supporting IT tools meet todays and future business requirements in most effective manner.
  • To increase key data accuracy and availability (like installed base).


Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Understand current end-to-end business processes and its supporting technology to identify and drive business improvements.
  • Own the definition and implementation (rollout and compliance) of business processes including change management, training, and on-going support.  
  • Lead (establish and manage) the production support IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Corporate IT and relevant business stakeholders.
  • Lead selected improvement projects with focus on business process and business value.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of available external state-of-art IT solution and benchmarking in comparable industries. 


Required Skills and Experience 

  • 8 + year of experience Business Process Engineering in senior positions.
  • Proven Track record in implementing IT systems.
  • Field Service Experience ideally in capital equipment industry.
  • International savvy.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Good communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to influence beyond immediate span of control and operate in a matrix environment. Candidate will lead project teams on a regular basis.
  • The position interacts with Teradyne’s corporate IT, relevant business stakeholders and external IT vendors.
  • Approximately 20% travel required.
  • Location: Any primary Teradyne Site (like North Reading/MA-US, Taiwan, Singapore, Munich/Milan/Grenoble in Europe, Cebu/Philippines.) Remote locations will be considered.



Master Degree desired.
