Teradyne is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, Logistic Analyst who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 Use Global tools, interfaces and processes to check and ensure 3rd party logistics services is on track

  • Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to shipments arrangement
  • Responsible for tracking shipments/orders ensuring they met defined KPIs, if not to reflect accurate root causes
  • Act as key interface for both internal and external customer providing day-to-day logistics support
  • Answering to both internal and external customer's inquiries and complaints
  • Managing deliveries in the most optimum manner
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately followed in the system in a timely manner, fulfilling system and process integrity
  • Ensure that all exceptions are reported to Supervisor promptly
  • Be aware of Company's Policy
  • Handles administrative purchases for CPS-Logistics Singapore
  • 3PL invoices verification and reporting
  • Submission of pricing for Singapore statistics (import and export)
  • Singapore ACAP audit (import & export taxation audit)
  • GST reports submission verification & approval
  • Thailand BOI shipment support
  • India BIS (Bureau of Indian standards) requirement review
  • Communicate with/or monitor service provider, such as warehouse, local transporter, air freight forwarders, global consolidators, customs brokers

 

Basic Qualifications, Experiences, Skills & Education required:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Good team skills to be  able  to work with others (across all related departments or functions that has direct or indirect impact to area of work that affect order to delivery)
  • Good resource deployment and planning skills
  • Ability to manage temperament
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good knowledge of logistics, warehouse or supply chain knowledge.
  • Good MS office skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment
  • Good project management knowledge and skill
  • Good vendor negotiation and management skill
