Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Pursue and win business in existing and new leading customers in each device segment(both SOC and Power), increase Teradyne market share.
  • Work together with business development manager to find break-in opportunities in fast-growing emerging semiconductor market, dig out key players in different device segment(MAP, AI, MCU, AIOT, LPA, Power Discrete, etc), develop value differentiation proposal based on Ter test platforms.
  • Develop business direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all strategic design-ins in each account.
  • Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors. 
  • Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering road-maps and differentiation.
     

Qualifications/Skills

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in sales or account management in the semiconductor related industry.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Engineering technical background is highly preferred.
  • Passion to win. Excellent business sense to capture new opportunity.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with customers’ engineering and business staff at all levels.
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.  
  • Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Good English capability

This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated or subject to weekly testing for onsite access.
