Organization and Role

This successful candidate will get involved in strategic BD projects to find business opportunities in emerging market and working with Sales to win market share in China by successful demonstrating and delivering technically superior solution. He / she will need to apply critical thinking and business acumen to assess short term (within 1 yr) and long term (2-3 yrs) market opportunities, formulate the right strategies, including engaging with senior leadership team among Sales/Application/Service/Marketing, coordinating executive business reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

This individual will report directly to the General Manager, Sales China. It provides a broad exposure to our ATE markets, a great career development opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified potential new and/or existing customers in emerging market.
  • Working with marketing to develop differentiation on our test solutions for short term and long term in different market opportunities.
  • Work with Sales Management to establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account.
  • Communicate and coordinate with different function to get internal alignment and well allocate resources for active projects in strategy plan.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in BD; marketing or Sales function.
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Semiconductor related industry experience and background is a plus. International, multi-cultural experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to details and operational excellence.
  • Aggressive/energetic with strong motivation to find new business opportunity speedy.
  • Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire/interpret data and make business recommendations.
  • Good English capability.

This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated or subject to weekly testing for onsite access.
