Field HR Business Partner, IA Group

 

Responsibilities:

  1. As the business partner, develop and build solid business relationship with internal clients at different levels. Proactively understand business in depth and facilitate the implementation of China and corporate HR strategy in the IA group.
  2. Identify the business key needs from HR perspective, work with the management to proactively develop and implement total HR solutions to achieve business goals.
  3. Take full responsibility of hiring, and steer the recruitment activity from competency set, organizational fitness, and organizational development perspective.
  4. Partner with the management on talent pipeline build-up, including talent review, talent development and succession plan; provide consultancy, coaching and instruction on performance management, promotion/termination, reward and retention, etc.
  5. Assist on creating business culture in accordance with the corporate core values, facilitate positive staff engagement across the different departments.
  6. Participate in priority projects that support corporate strategic initiatives.
  7. Support the HR integration between TER and IA group.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with business acumen. Hi-Tech industry experience is preferred.
  2. 8-10 years or above HR experience in a multi-national company.
  3. Ability to deal with management, winning trust and be influential.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge and skills in HR full functions including OD, training, performance management, compensation & benefit and recruitment.
  5. Working knowledge of labor policies/laws/regulations, etc., be able to independently handle employee relation case.
  6. Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and coordination skills
  7. Good professional ethics, proactive, dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, care about details and precision.
  8. Fluency in both spoken and written English
