The Role:

As a TA Manager, you will work closely with recruitment team and key business stakeholders for campus hiring and experienced hiring for Teradyne.



  • Lead the talent acquisition function to complete talent attracting, screening and staffing jobs / assignments according to company policies to supply talent and manpower with quality, speed, and quantity so that the recruitment process is conduced efficiently; job vacancies are filled within the lead-time and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position.
  • Plan, organize, implement, and review entire recruitment process to optimize recruiting practice by balancing effectiveness and efficiency. These activities include but not limited to advertising, interviewing, and assessment, ranking, and selecting candidates; check reference and negotiation employment offers. Also promote an employer’s image and values through social media and other communication formats.
  • Recruitment channel management: Build a quality relationship with Business head and the external business partners (recruitment website, headhunter) to build up talent pool; talent mapping & maintain talent database to effectively support company’s recruitment needs.
  • Support company employer branding activities to attracting, recruiting, and retaining ideal employees.
  • Maintain and report staffing information, recruitment report and market situation, etc. to provide systematic analysis and constructive proposal for management decision making.
  • Process and maintain internal recruitment system for hiring request and filling tracking management



  • 8+ years working experience in talent Acquisition function in Hi-Tech industry, Semi industry would be preferred.
  • Solid experience in support with experienced hiring needs.
  • Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g., web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with hands-on operational experience, result-driven, creative, well-organized.
  • Adaptability to cultural change & capability to work effectively and in agility.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen
  • Good communication skills on written and verbal bilingual capability (English and Chinese)
  • Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
