Key Account Manager

  • Pursue and win business in existing and new leading customers in power device segment (Linear & Discrete Power) to increase Teradyne market share.
  • Work together with product marketing manager to find break-in opportunities in fast-growing emerging semiconductor market, dig out key players and develop value differentiation proposal based on ETS test platforms(ETS88, ETS88TH, ETS800).
  • Develop business direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all strategic design-ins in large account.
  • Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors. 
  • Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering road-maps and differentiation.

  • A minimum of 5 - 8 years of working experience in sales or account management in the semiconductor related industry.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Engineering technical background is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with customers’ engineering and business staff at all levels.
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.  
  • Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Good English capability
