Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across LATAM. This role will coordinate, source and support hiring processes, while ensuring positive candidate experience, clear stakeholder communication, and alignment with local market practices. This is a 6 months to 1 year contract with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end hiring process for LATAM roles, including intake alignment, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with Lead TA, hiring managers, HR, and regional stakeholders to understand role requirements, business priorities, candidate profiles, and country-specific hiring needs.
- Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, social media, talent communities, and applicant tracking system databases.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements, language skills, location, availability, compensation expectations, and role fit.
- Conduct initial phone or video screens in English and/or Spanish to assess experience, motivation, communication skills, availability, and alignment with the opportunity.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, prescreening notes, pipeline updates, and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the selection process, reinforcing transparency and strong candidate experience.
- Support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding handoffs in partnership with HR.

Minimum job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
- Spanish and English proficiency, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders across the region.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination or similar roles
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, candidate management, and regional hiring practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, or HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Thrive, or similar tools.
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, follow-through, and sensitivity when handling candidate information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Teams.
Preferred job requirements:
- Experience supporting recruitment for technical and engineering roles, or high-volume roles across LATAM.
- Familiarity with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, talent mapping, or pipeline development.
- Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
