Opportunity Overview
Mechanical design of LitePoint's products encompasses sheet metal fabrication, machined parts, plastic molding, and alignment fixtures. This role involves detailed creation of parts and assemblies, while collaborating closely with hardware engineers to address mechanical requirements such as RF shielding, enclosures, and thermal management. Additionally, it includes designing for production (DFM, DFA), coordinating with suppliers as necessary, and supporting the documentation structure and revision control of our released products.
All About You
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in SolidWorks modeling tools.
Understands basic tolerance analysis.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in both written and verbal English.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred qualification:
1-2 years of experience with Electronic product industry.
Experience with PDM Enterprise or similar source control system.
Knowledge of ANSI drafting standards and GD&T.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $71,500 - $114,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
