Opportunity Overview 

• Filed service engineer is supporting in the servicing and for the high density BERT projects at the customers’ sight
• High density BERT deployment (Final enclosure installation into customer’s system)​ 
• ​Support and system debugging in case of failure​ 
• Full Mechanical and Hardware installation in case the full deployment is at customer sight ​ 
• Communication with the product team in case of any issues to be reported to engineering​ 
• Daily update and feedback to the PLM on deployment and customer requirement ​

• Technical Skills: Hardware debugging skills; Software debugging skills; Equipment assembly; Electrical wiring and mechanical installation skills.
• Functional/Domain Knowledge: Communication with customers (technicians and engineers in china); good understanding of the setup and case
• ​​ English language to communicate internally
