Opportunity Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global HR Service Center team as an HR Service Center Business Process Analyst with a primary focus on Data Integrity and Analytics. As an HR Service Center Business Process Analyst, you will act as the primary point-of-contact for HR inquiries in a global HR Service Center assisting customers in completing their human resource transactions and reporting needs. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability by implementing quality control processes and validations.
- Create, produce, correlate, analyze and distribute various scheduled and ad-hoc HR reports to internal and external customers including but not limited to compliance and government reporting.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, HRIS team, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide information to answer questions from customers (employees, managers, other groups and external customers) regarding human resource transactions, processes and policies.
- Create and update documentation (i.e., process-flows) to support users.
- Ensure system data integrity and accuracy by conducting regularly scheduled reviews and audits of information input/reports to validate and/or reconcile data.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Perform special projects as assigned.

- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, or similar.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Must be willing to dive into the details to make sure processes are working and data is accurate.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with remote direction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to review and interpret data and convert insights into actions.
- Experience with HR system applications like SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
