Opportunity Overview
Seeking a Marketing Analyst in the Teradyne Memory Division. The team is responsible for Sales Quote-to-Cash, NPI commercialization, Order Fulfilment, and process improvement across business operations activities. We are looking to hire a creative, analytical, and hands-on Marketing Analyst to enable scalability and growth of Teradyne Memory Operations. You will be a key cross-functional lead collaborating across Teradyne Memory Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and the Business/Marketing teams.
Your Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support Product-Price Quote activities and analysis
- Evaluate Pricing structures and aligning Pricing to Product Roadmap/strategy.
- Implement Salesforce Customer Relationship Management and Customer Price Quote for new products/new customers.
- Use Team Center in creating Product and BOM
- Support New Product Introduction in establishing pricing structures and product setup
- Improve business process for a more efficient Quote-to-Cash flow.
- Working with the Engineering team, Product Marketing and Operations for Build Plan execution and commercializing New Products.
- Ensure Demand-Supply alignment and optimization for Business Unit. Works as one Teradyne Memory to understand the financial implications or any tradeoffs and understands internal constraints and capacity requirements. Understand dynamic changes in supply such as yield issues to course correct within the quarter to ensure supply is met
- Work closely with Engineering team, hardware/test/manufacturing engineers, supply chain planners to develop optimized coordinated workflows and algorithms for minimizing lead time/cycle time.
- Data preparation and presentation to management summarizing key findings, conclusions, and recommendations

A Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
Strong analytical skills - extensive experience with Excel Understanding of demand-supply line management and marketing skills.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree OR equivalent experience.
4+ years of supply chain planning, financial planning or program management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
M.B.A. or Masters in Economics/Mathematics/Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Ability to communicate in a pan pacific environment with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic matrixed environment
- Leadership skills, discernment, and ability to lead and operate at both a process center level and overall total system level
- Previous analytics experience in a retail, manufacturing or supply chain field is preferred
- Experience working with data warehouse, reporting tools
- 4+ years in the technology industry are a plus.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $93,700-$149.900. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
