We offer an exciting opportunity to be the new Sales Development Manager, in a market leading organization within the Cobot industry. Therefore, the person who we are looking for will be of high intellect and possesses the combination of talent and seek to lead and achieve sales performance goals.

 

You will mainly have the responsibility for strategical and commercial development of distributors and System integrators network, as well as day to day management and enablement of the partner network, and will drive the lead generation, sales & marketing activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

 

Handling the strategy, business and activity plans, sales, marketing, implementation, budget and commercial results for the market through distributors is also among the results-oriented responsibilities in the role. Throughout your workdays there will be exciting interactions in dynamic environments with end users, integrators, distributors, sales team and other important partners.

 

Maintaining good partner as well as customer relationships is a key activity for reaching our growth targets. Therefore, you must actively cement our partner relationships through the planning, implementing, managing, and advising on all industry specific sales and customer relationship management activities of the company.

You will be reporting to and interacting on a regular basis with the General Manager of Central Eastern Europe, and you and your passionate colleagues will be a part of the regional team which focuses on Central Eastern European market. Together, you work towards reaching annual goals for new and existing markets, where you own the planning and execution of the strategy to reach them.

 

The specifics of the role

 

As the Sales Development Manager, owning the creation and expansion of new Cobot markets through distributors is key to the role. As is driving KPI’s and action plans to reach annual targets and develop measures to stay on track.

 

It is also required to conduct the training, developing, motivation and support of existing distributors, whilst managing them by regular meetings consisting of funnel management, forecasting and creation of actions plans. You will have plenty of chance to travel, as this position accounts for about 60% domestic and 10% overseas travels.

 

Other everyday responsibilities include:

  • Developing key account channels (distributors and system integrators) to penetrate market from SMEs to large internationals
  • Canvass, initiate, qualify sales leads and follow through to ensure a solid sales funnel with distributors
  • Facilitate joint visits with distributor’s sales representatives to end users
  • Developing sales & marketing strategy and action points with a marketing manager to strategically position UR in the market and build brand awareness via positive visibility.

 

What we envision you need to succeed

 

The ability to show a long, successful track record of ten years of international B2B channel development experience including in-depth understanding of system integrators, channel/partner programs and funnel management.

Great experience with structured sales, plans, budgets, pipeline management, marketing and people management in sales.

 

Further you have/are:

  • Documented experience in solution selling through distributors and system integrators
  • Eye for business that you can apply on different decision levels from senior management level to technical support
  • Great cross-cultural communicator in all situations is a must, and so is it that you possess a strong sense of understanding of end user value propositions
  • A BA degree or higher in Business or other related studies, and have also acquired a high proficiency in English, apart from Czech.
  • Experience in industrial automation, solution/ project sales involving technical products
