Opportunity Overview

Are you a talented and motivated digital marketing and design enthusiast ready to launch your career in a global setting? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our Marketing & Communications team in Queretaro as a Web & Graphic Design Specialist.

This hybrid role offers invaluable hands-on experience in web content management and graphic design, directly supporting global and regional campaigns across a wide variety of digital projects. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, with access to our Universal Robots Mexico office, where local Marketing team members will provide ongoing guidance and support.

You'll be eager to apply your skills in a real-world, global business environment, contributing to impactful initiatives from day one through the following job responsibilities:

• Create and assist with website updates, ensuring localized content consistently aligns with global brand standards.
• Design Marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, internal templates, infographics, video creation and editing, and event visuals.
• Collaborate and work closely with the marketing teams by responding and monitoring creative requests through Asana Help Desk.
• Work with industry-leading tools like Storyblok, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• BS degree or actively pursuing a college degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related filed.
• English proficiency.

1 year of experience in

• Graphic design, digital marketing and website content.
• Use of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

 The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following behavioral traits:

• • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Energetic team player who can work both independently and with a variety of people & disciplines.
  • Detail- oriented.
