Marketing Specailist (Temp)

We are seeking a hands-on B2B Marketing Specialist in Korea to support Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), Teradyne Robotics companies, strengthen local brand visibility, drive demand generation, support partner engagement, and contribute to sales growth. This role requires strong Korean market understanding, ownership, and business judgment to translate local priorities into effective marketing programs with measurable impact. The position works closely with local sales teams, regional and global marketing stakeholders, channel partners, and external agencies to align execution with business objectives and Korean market needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the Korea marketing plan in close partnership with local sales teams, regional marketing, global marketing functions, and channel partners.
• Take accountability for demand generation outcomes, including campaign performance, lead quality, MQL/SQL contribution, pipeline and order intake influence, and continuous improvement of conversion results.
• Translate Korea business priorities into effective marketing programs that support sales objectives, customer engagement, and partner growth for Universal Robots and MiR.
• Lead integrated local marketing execution across digital campaigns, social media, content localization, PR, webinars, exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and field marketing programs.
• Manage local marketing agencies and vendors in Korea, including scope, execution quality, budget, timeline, measurement, and optimization.
• Collaborate with global marketing operations and GTM teams to drive online demand generation through LinkedIn, Google, Naver, Meta, and other locally relevant channels.
• Support partner marketing programs to strengthen the growth and activation of the Universal Robots and MiR distributor and integrator ecosystems in Korea.
• Provide data-driven weekly and monthly KPI insights, identify gaps and opportunities, and adjust plans to improve business results.
• Support sales enablement through localized materials, campaign follow-up plans, and customer engagement programs aligned with Korea market priorities.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, technology, or a related sector, with proven ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and deliver measurable business impact through demand generation, partner marketing, and sales-aligned execution.

• Strong B2B marketing knowledge, including demand generation, funnel management, lead nurturing, MQL/SQL contribution, pipeline influence, order intake support, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of the Korean market, customer needs, channel ecosystem, and local sales priorities.
• Ability to plan, execute, measure, and optimize marketing programs with clear business outcomes.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and accountability in managing priorities and driving progress.
• Hands-on execution experience across digital, social, content, events, PR, partner marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong project management capability to manage deadlines, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with local, regional, and global teams.
• Adaptability in a dynamic market environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Native-level Korean communication skills; fluent English communication skills are a strong advantage.
• Commercial acumen and experience working directly with sales teams and channel partners.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within Korea and, when required, for regional meetings or events.
